Thirty-day guarantee
You have thirty days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. We ask that you give the gel a fair chance — most customers notice meaningful results within the first two to three weeks of consistent use — but if it is not the right fit, simply email us and we will process your refund.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@medbedgel.com with your order number and a brief note. You do not need to return unused jars in most cases; we will let you know if a return is required for your specific order.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within three to five business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional five to ten business days to appear on your statement. We will email you a confirmation as soon as the refund is sent.
Subscription orders
Subscription customers may request a refund on their most recent monthly shipment within thirty days of delivery, on the same terms above. To stop future shipments, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date by emailing support@medbedgel.com. Past subscription shipments more than thirty days old are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges
Because MedBed Recovery Gel is offered in a single variant, we do not process exchanges. If you would like to swap to a different shipment cadence or restart a cancelled subscription, just send us a note.
